AL CONSULTING & DESIGN is a Berlin-based boutique freelance design consultancy founded by Angelique Germaine Legault in 2018. We are a collective of fashion designers who share our combined design and technical knowledge to create men’s and women’s apparel, handbags and footwear.

WHAT WE DO

EVALUATING YOUR NEEDS

Whether in areas of brand development, fashion design, trend research, material sourcing, production sourcing | management, graphic design or sales development, together we will examine your needs and find the best suitable solutions. We typically review such factors as brand ethos, target audiences, industry trends, layouts, customised details, infrastructure and tools, and other aspects to ensure we can deliver the best possible impact. After a first chat we can already develop a plan and quote based on your specific needs.

PROJECT-BASED WORK

Together, we define the project goal and outline the timeline by developing a critical path for your creative and design objectives. As we are a team, we can really adapt to any size project big or small. We have specialists in each given area and category of garment development.

INTERIM MANAGEMENT

Our services include fashion design, supplier acquisition and supervision of production, as well as offering interim design direction & management, design, technical design [tech
packs], brand design and graphic design and other specific creative consulting. Based on your needs our team and broad international network will be an integral part of your
company that gets things moving from the very beginning. We share our knowledge and experience on a daily basis with you. By doing so, you are not only getting the best precise possible know-how, but also will always get the most concentrated expertise for your company and a fresh point-of-view. CREATING FASHION DESIGNS, FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCT

Together we bring your creative process and design department back on track. We support you throughout the creative process and design development, from brand identity, trend analysis and artistic direction, to material sourcing and selection, to trim development, production and final prototype. Together we create an impactful collection with meaningful details, well-studied patterns and assert your aesthetic and creative identity.

REFRESHING YOUR STYLES AND COLLECTION

We are not always required to develop new products or establish future branding: We often redesign existing styles, branding, models or graphics to improve their quality and longevity. Together we work closely to renew current designs by making trends and styles resonate with your brand that help grow your business.
